Rachel Martinez

More About Me

In 2022, I graduated summa cum laude from Iowa State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a minor in General Business.  

As an Iowa City native, I was ecstatic about returning to Iowa City for law school. I received my J.D., with Highest Distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law in May of 2025. Upon graduation, I earned membership to the Order of the Coif and was admitted to the Iowa Bar. While at Iowa Law, I served as an Online Managing Editor and Student Writer for the Iowa Law Review and was involved with the Organization for Women Law Students and Staff.  

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, trying local restaurants, and watching and attending sporting events.
