Noelle M. Tipton

I am an associate attorney with the Intellectual Property practice group at BrownWinick. Through this role, I strive to add value to any business by actively managing and protecting its Intellectual Property. As your attorney, my objective is to listen to your goals and provide you with practical expertise and advice to help you achieve them.

More About Me

I grew up in Jefferson, Iowa, and loved the sense of community I gained from growing up in a small town. I then attended Iowa State University and received a B.S. in Microbiology. After deciding that I wanted to help people working on new and innovative ideas, I decided to attend law school and focus on Intellectual Property law. I attended Drake University Law School and graduated in 2022. During law school, I was involved in the Drake Law Review, Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Drake Law Women. However, my favorite experience was becoming a student attorney in the Drake Entrepreneurial and Transactional Law Clinic, where I had the opportunity to assist clients in forming and growing their businesses. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, as well as running, reading, and traveling.
