Kuder Visions Unlimited, Inc. – International Organization and Compliance
Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick represented Kuder Visions Unlimited, LLC in a number of international transactions, including negotiating RFPs and drafting licensing agreements with the governments of Abu Dhabi, Morocco, Singapore, and Rwanda. Ms. Rowley has also incorporated Kuder Visions Unlimited in a number of countries including Ireland, Singapore, and Rwanda. Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick continue to represent Kuder Visions Unlimited.
Weiler, Inc. – International Transactions
Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick represented Weiler, Inc. in negotiating and drafting dealer and supply agreements with international dealerships located in Russia, Mexico, and Mongolia. The terms of the transactions are confidential. Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick continue to represent Weiler, Inc.
LDJ Manufacturing, Inc. – International Transactions
Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick represent LDJ Manufacturing, Inc. in negotiating and drafting dealer and independent sales representative agreements. Recently, Ms. Rowley assisted LDJ Manufacturing in revising their sales representative agreements and establishing a new sales representative in Nicaragua. Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick continue to represent LDJ Manufacturing, Inc.
