Thank You and Welcome: BrownWinick Leadership and Executive Committee News

Following BrownWinick’s Annual Meeting on Friday, June 5th, we are pleased to share an update regarding the firm’s leadership and Executive Committee.

First, please join us in congratulating Cindy Lande on her election as BrownWinick’s next Managing Member. Cindy has been a tremendous leader within our firm for many years, and we are confident she will continue to guide BrownWinick with vision, dedication, and a deep commitment to our people, clients, and culture.

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to Sean Moore for his leadership and service as Managing Member. Sean’s contributions have helped position BrownWinick for continued growth and success, and we are grateful for the lasting impact he has made on the firm.

In addition, we want to recognize Chris Nuss, who joined the Executive Committee on March 10^th. Chris has already brought thoughtful perspective and strong leadership to the committee, and we are pleased to recognize his service in this role.

As part of this year’s election, two open seats were available on the Executive Committee. We are pleased to announce that Bob Hodges and Ellen Hames have been elected to serve on the committee. We look forward to the insight, experience, and leadership they will bring to these roles.

At the same time, we want to thank Dani Smid and Sean Moore for their service on the Executive Committee. Their leadership, time, and commitment have been meaningful contributions to BrownWinick and to the continued strength of our firm.

With these updates, BrownWinick’s Executive Committee now consists of Chris Nuss, Joe Leo, Brian McCormac, Jonathan Napier, Bob Hodges, Ellen Hames, Cindy Lande, and COO: Greg Morrow, with Cindy also serving as Managing Member.

This group remains committed to representing the interests of the entire firm while continuing to advance BrownWinick’s strategic priorities, support our people, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
