BrownWinick Welcomes Attorneys Tim Reilly and Jacque Judickas to the Firm

Tim Reilly 

Tim C. Reilly is Counsel at BrownWinick. His focus is on tax controversy matters, making sure his clients do not pay more than they justifiably owe. Tim has spent over a decade working in state government in various legal roles and two years at a public accounting firm where he focused on state and local tax issues. Tim uses his background to help other areas of BrownWinick’s practice, especially regarding business planning and transactions, utilities, other administrative and regulatory issues, and government relations. 

Tim loves solving complex problems and making sure the solution is the best fit for his clients. There are lots of ways to solve most problems, and Tim’s experience gives him the tools he needs to find the right path to resolution and to put his clients on track for success going forward. One of his keys to success is being honest and clear about his clients’ expectations.

Jacque Judickas   

Jacque M. Judickas is an associate attorney at BrownWinick. Her focus is on setting her clients up for long-term success while being ready to guide them through complex workplace challenges when they arise. Her prior experience representing employees in employment disputes gives her valuable insight into the risks they face as an employer and how to help mitigate them through proactive, customized counsel. Jacque believes in building strong partnerships with her clients because when she understands her client’s business and culture, she can provide guidance that best suits their unique situation. 

Jacque’s practice is rooted in clarity, approachability, and strategic problem solving. She works closely with clients to help build and maintain compliant, inclusive workplaces, with an emphasis on minimizing liability and fostering a strong workplace culture. Rather than just telling clients what they can’t do, she focuses on practical solutions that protect their business while supporting their goals. Jacque knows that employment issues can feel overwhelming, but her job is to break down complex regulations into actionable steps they can implement. Whatever workplace challenges they’re facing, she is here to help navigate them with confidence.
