Attorneys Brenna Danaher and Hannah Wiles Join BrownWinick

Recently, attorneys Brenna Danaher and Hannah Wiles joined the BrownWinick team. We are thrilled to announce their arrival and we look forward to watching them excel in their practices.

Brenna Danaher 

Brenna T. Danaher is an associate attorney at BrownWinick. Her practice is focused primarily on Business and Corporate Transactions but will work with her clients to find solutions to any of their needs. She was drawn to a career in law because it’s a field that allows her to take a genuine interest in people, find out what’s most important to them, and help them achieve success. 

Prior to BrownWinick, Brenna received her undergraduate education at the University of Missouri – Columbia. In 2019, she graduated from Mizzou with a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with minors in Sociology and Human Development & Family Science. She then moved to Chicago, where she attended DePaul University College of Law. Brenna received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2022.  

Hannah Wiles

Hannah Wiles 

Hannah A. Wiles is an associate attorney at BrownWinick. Her practice is primarily focused on Real Estate Law, Corporate Transactions Law and Renewable Energy Law. Hannah enjoys using her passion for learning new rules and solving challenging problems for her clients. 

After graduating from Coe College in 2017 with a B.A. in communication studies, Hannah embarked on a year-long Fulbright scholarship in Tha Sala, Thailand. She then attended the University of Minnesota Law School where she earned her J.D., in 2022. While there, Hannah served as an article editor on the Minnesota Law Review and as secretary for the Environmental and Energy Law Society. After graduating she was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2022. Prior to BrownWinick, Hannah worked across a variety of industries and in a variety of settings, from corporate in-house to governmental agency, which has provided her with a broad perspective on the legal system.
