Working Here or Working There: Managing Employee Relations Beyond 2022

Nate's topic will be "Working Here or Working There: Managing Employee Relations Beyond 2022" and the workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

This workshop will focus on best practices for managing employee performance and conduct in a changing work environment. Discussions cover both in-office and remote employee monitoring and management tools, special considerations for investigations involving remote employees, and data privacy concerns for the remove workforce.
