In honor of Veterans Day, BrownWinick Law Firm will be hosting our second annual free estate planning clinic to provide basic wills and powers of attorney for military veterans in Iowa on Friday, November 11, 2022. Eligible participants include military veterans and their spouses.
All information submitted is completely confidential and only used for the purposes of preparing your legal documents.
Shortly after completing the form, you will be contacted by a representative from BrownWinick Law Firm to schedule your appointment and provide you with additional information on the timing and logistics for your appointment. Appointments are limited & scheduling will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
STEPS TO PARTICIPATE:
- Complete the Wills for Veterans - Information Submission form
- You will receive an update from BrownWinick with instructions to schedule your in-person appointment
- Attend the Nov. 11th event
PLEASE NOTE: A government-issued ID card and a DD214 are required to participate at the event.
