The ESOP Association's Iowa/Nebraska Chapter - 2024 Winter Conference

BrownWinick attorney, Drew Larson, will be part of a panel discussion at the ESOP Association's Iowa/Nebraska Chapter - 2024 Winter Conference. The 2024 Winter Conference is held at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, 7725 Kirkwood Boulevard Southwest, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Roundtables and Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 and the Winter Conference will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024. 

We are in a brave new world of bank financing. The title of this workshop is "Financing Update and Impacts of Leverage on Valuation and Repurchase Obligations". The panel members will discuss the leverage on the valuation, negotiation of terms and the impacts of thinking through an acquisition, re-leverage or capital expenditures. Panel members include:
