Specialties

I’m an associate at BrownWinick and a member of the firm’s Energy practice group. I bring curiosity, careful preparation, and a collaborative mindset to my work. My goal is to understand what matters to you and work alongside you and the BrownWinick team to find a practical path forward.

My Approach

Having been both a collegiate athlete and a coach, I understand the value of clear guidance. My college coach often told me that, over time, the athlete–coach relationship should evolve into a partnership. That idea shapes my approach to practicing law. To me, that partnership means combining legal guidance with your knowledge of your business, priorities, and challenges. I want to understand your questions and goals clearly so we can work together to find the right solution, and ensure that you receive practical, actionable, and tailored advice.

More About Me

Born and raised in rural southeast Iowa, I’m a double Hawkeye, earning both my B.B.A. in Economics and my J.D. from the University of Iowa. I graduated from law school with distinction in 2025 and was admitted to the Iowa bar that summer. At Iowa I ran track and field and cross country and spent one year coaching during law school. After graduation, I completed a yearlong postgraduate internship with the NCAA’s Enforcement department.

Outside work, I enjoy running, playing pickleball, and spending time with my family and friends.
