It is often impossible to predict every outcome or truly prepare for the worst-case scenario. When you find yourself thrust into the unfamiliar world of litigation, you want attorneys with the foresight and skills to navigate the legal system, protect your business, and get you the best resolution possible. As a litigation attorney at BrownWinick, I lean on my experience and diligence to advocate for you and your business in every situation. I make it a priority to understand the full scope of your business so you receive the effective representation you deserve.
My Approach
Whether we like it or not, the law is nuanced—and attention to detail can often make or break a case. I work with my clients to bring a meticulous and strategic approach to their specific situations. I am committed to uncovering the nuances that can make a difference in your complex legal dispute. Thorough case analysis allows me to assess potential risks, anticipate the challenges you may face, and forecast likely outcomes. Complicated legal scenarios can then be broken down into clear, actionable choices, empowering you to make informed decisions which align with your goals. From pre-trial strategy to courtroom advocacy, I will consider every angle and be prepared to support your positions. This approach not only enhances the strength of each case, but also minimizes surprises and optimizes results.
More About Me
I graduated from Drake Law School in 2023 with Highest Honors and as a member of Order of the Coif. During my time in law school, I was also a member of the Mock Trial Team, Order of the Barristers, the Student Bar Association, and Drake Law Review. In 2020, I graduated magna cum laude from Missouri State University with B.S. degrees in Political Science and Spanish.
Upon being admitted to the Iowa bar, I was a prosecutor for several months, providing me with hands-on courtroom experience. I then gained unique insight from the other side of the bench serving a federal judicial clerkship for the Honorable Stephanie M. Rose of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa (2024-2025). Those experiences have equipped me for and led me to my position at BrownWinick where I can utilize my skills to support your success and protect your interests. I am currently a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and Polk County Bar Association.
