Brianne Zielinski

I am an associate attorney at BrownWinick law firm with a strong passion for health law. My background in public health allows me to approach challenges within a broader context, identifying solutions that fit into the larger system. I thrive at the intersection of healthcare and law, where I can craft innovative responses to complex, multifaceted issues. My goal is always to develop practical solutions—guided by legal expertise, informed by personal experience, and focused on the future.

More About Me

I am a native Iowan, born and raised in a small rural community. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A., with high honors, in Health and Human Physiology in 2018, and again with an M.P.H. in Community and Behavioral Health in 2019. After a few years of working in rare disease research and education, I returned to school at Drake University where I received my J.D., with highest honors, in 2025. In my time in law school, I was active as a member of the ABA Moot Court Team, student attorney in the Children’s Rights Clinic, and worked on various health policies as a Health Policy Advisor. I have been admitted to the Iowa bar since September 2025.
