*CHANGE IN PARTICIPANT* - U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley is not able to attend the Town Meeting.  Regional Director Penny Vacek will attend on Senator Grassley's behalf.  An additional Town Meeting will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
