DES MOINES, Iowa — September 2, 2026 — BrownWinick Law Firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Kasey Vogel to Chief Growth Officer. In this executive leadership role, Vogel will guide the firm’s integrated growth strategy, leading the development of the infrastructure, technology, and firmwide capabilities necessary to support BrownWinick’s continued evolution as the largest Iowa-based law firm.
Vogel joined BrownWinick in September 2023 as Director of Marketing and Business Development. Since joining the firm, she has played a central role in advancing its approach to growth—helping connect long-term strategy with the systems, organizational structure and cross-functional alignment required to execute it.

As Chief Growth Officer, Vogel will work alongside the firm’s executive committee to translate BrownWinick’s strategic vision into scalable capabilities across the organization. Her responsibilities will include strengthening the firm’s growth infrastructure, advancing the use of technology and data, building greater alignment across practice areas and administrative functions, and identifying opportunities that position BrownWinick for continued expansion and long-term market leadership.

Vogel is actively engaged in civic and community leadership. She serves on the boards of the American Lung Association in Iowa and the Clive Community Foundation and is an appointed member of both the Terrace Hill Commission and the Iowa Supreme Court Commission on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. She is also involved in the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa’s capital campaign.
