In honor of Veterans Day, on November 10, 2023, BrownWinick held its third annual “Wills for Veterans” event to benefit Iowa veterans. A number of BrownWinick attorneys and staff partnered on this event to provide complimentary basic wills and powers of attorney documents for 11 Iowa veterans and their spouses.

Prior to the event, participants completed an application and provided all relevant information for their legal documents to be created. Veterans and their spouses (if applicable) then had the opportunity to review and sign their tailored legal documents in a one-on-one session, further underlining the personal care and attention devoted to each participant.
