Jennifer E. Lindberg is an associate attorney with BrownWinick.  Jennifer practices primarily in the litigation area. 

Jennifer graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2006, receiving her B.A. in English Literature with a Minor in Theatre Arts and in 2008 she received her M.A. in Arts Administration.

In 2011, Jennifer earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law and a member of the Order of the Coif.  She was awarded a certificate in Intellectual Property: Art and Museum Law. Jennifer was a recipient of the CALI Award for the highest grade in the class in Pre-Trial Civil Litigation and Art and Law.

Prior to joining the BrownWinick law firm as an associate, Jennifer was a Health Insurance Compliance Officer for the Iowa Insurance Division. She also was an associate attorney at the Kanaris, Stubenvoll & Heiss, P.C. law firm in Chicago, Illinois. During law school Jennifer was a law clerk for the Gunty & McCarthy law firm in Chicago, Illinois and a legal intern for the Chicago History Museum and DePaul Art Museum.

Jennifer was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2017 and Illinois bar in 2011.  She is also admitted to the United States District Courts, for the Northern District of Illinois and Indiana. She is a member of the Polk County and Iowa State Bar Associations and the Polk County Women Attorneys.
