Brandon J. Cole is an associate attorney with BrownWinick and has a general practice including, but not limited to, agribusiness, banking, business and corporate law, corporate finance and securities law, and startups.
Brandon graduated from the University of Iowa in 2013, receiving his B.B.A., with distinction, in Finance.
In 2017, Brandon received his J.D., with distinction, and M.B.A., with distinction, from the University of Iowa. During law school, Brandon served on the editorial board of the Journal of Corporation Law. Brandon’s student note, Knowledge is Not Necessarily Power: Sandbagging in New York M&A Transactions, was published in the 42nd volume of the Journal of Corporation Law.
Prior to joining the BrownWinick law firm as an associate, Brandon was a law clerk at the BrownWinick law firm and was a summer analyst at a private equity fund.
Brandon is a member of the Polk County and Iowa State Bar Associations. Brandon was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2017.
