Alicia R. Nicoletto is an associate attorney with BrownWinick and has a general practice including, but not limited to, agribusiness, business and corporate law, corporate finance and securities law, real estate law, startup and taxation law.
Alicia graduated from the University of Iowa in 2013, receiving her B.A. in Accounting.
In 2016, Alicia received her J.D., with highest honors, from Drake University Law School and received a Business Law Certificate. Alicia graduated from law school Order of the Coif. During law school Alicia was an Associate Editor of the Drake Law Review. Alicia also served as an intern for Bankruptcy Judge Anita Shodeen and was a law clerk at Beatty & Miller, P.C., West Bank, and the BrownWinick law firm.
Alicia is a member of the Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. Alicia was admitted to the Iowa bar in September 2016.
