In our continuing effort to provide clients with the best possible legal services, BrownWinick continues to grow by hiring outstanding attorneys. Our most recent hires are no exception.
Jordan E. Meggison-Decker joined BrownWinick as an Associate. Jordan is part of the intellectual property practice group and her practice includes patent application preparation and prosecution, trademarks and copyrights.
Jordan graduated from Drake University, cum laude, in 2009, receiving her B.A. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology. While at Drake, she was an assistant to Dr. Nicole Taylor, examining biological and psychological effects of breast cancer on women and their daughters.
In 2012, Jordan received her J.D. from Drake University Law School. Jordan served as a Judicial Intern for Magistrate Judge Celeste F. Bremer of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Jordan can be reached at (515) 242-2444 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ellen M. Hames joined BrownWinick as an Associate. Ellen has a general practice including, but not limited to, agribusiness, business and corporate law, environmental law, international business transactions, and real estate law.
Ellen graduated from the University of Iowa in 2008, receiving her B.A. in International Studies, with a minor in Japanese.
In December 2015, Ellen received her J.D., with high honors, from Drake University Law School and received a Business Law Certificate.
