In honor of Veterans Day, BrownWinick Law Firm will be hosting a free estate planning clinic to provide basic wills and powers of attorney for military veterans in Iowa on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Eligible participants include military veterans and their spouses. 

 

**100 % completion of this form is REQUIRED to participate in this free event.** All information submitted is completely confidential and only used for the purposes of preparing your legal documents.

Shortly after completing this form, you will be contacted by a representative from BrownWinick Law Firm to schedule your appointment and provide you with additional information on the timing and logistics for your appointment. Appointments are limited & scheduling will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

##### **STEPS TO PARTICIPATE:**

2. You will receive an update from BrownWinick with instructions to schedule your in-person appointment
3. Attend the Nov. 10th event

**PLEASE NOTE: A government-issued ID card and a DD214 are required to participate at the event. **
