Fundamentals on Financially Managing Your Subcontractors

Brian Rickert, an attorney at BrownWinick, will lead the afternoon session on "Fundamentals on Financially Managing your Subcontractors" at the Associated General Contractors of Iowa  Controllers Council Meeting. Brian and the panel members John Smythe of the Iowa Department of Transportation, Barry McGee, Ahrold Fay Rosenberg, Inc. and Vickie McDonald, Manatt's, Inc., will discuss prequalification, subcontract agreements, prompt payment, liens and more.
