Leanna Daniels Whipple is a member of BrownWinick. Leanna assists clients in the areas of securities and corporate transactions, as well as environmental and public utilities law. She represents business clients in various aspects of their business operations including business organization, environmental compliance, securities registration, equity financing, securities compliance, board of director operations and duties, shareholder matters and other various business transactions. Leanna also assists clients in the area of public utilities law and regulation.

 

Leanna is active in the community as she is a volunteer with the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines. She is a member of the Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations.

 

Leanna received her B.S. in Psychology from Morningside College, Sioux City, Iowa in 2002 and her J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska in 2005. She was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2005.
