Harold N. Schneebeck is a member of BrownWinick. Hal practices primarily in the areas of insurance company regulation, business transactions, tax and business litigation. He represents insurance business clients in all of these areas. Hal has served on BrownWinick's management, billing, recruiting, library and technology committees.

 

Hal is a member of the Polk County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Iowa, as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth Circuit and the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Tax Court.

 

Hal received his B.A. from Graceland College in 1964, his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in 1973 and his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa in 1976. Hal was Order of the Coif and was admitted to the Iowa bar in 1976.
