BrownWinick provides legal representation and advice to many members of the gaming industry with the goal of helping our clients navigate through the complex and heavily regulated gaming laws in Iowa.  We have experience representing members in front of licensing and administrative agencies in Iowa, in negotiations with regulators and legislators, and in negotiations with numerous governmental bodies, including the Iowa Attorneys General’s office.  Many times, our clients are unable to reach a resolution with the appropriate governmental body and we have extensive experience representing members of the industry in litigation of claims. Our extensive and respected governmental relations group also helps us persuade legislators and regulators for our clients’ behalf.
