This webinar will identify:

  • Policies employers need based upon federal employment laws;
  • Policies that are strongly recommended; and
  • Issues that typically have state-specific requirements.

In addition, Ann will discuss how to practically assess the employer's work rules to determine what information should be included in the handbook and other options for communicating work rules outside the handbook.
